What is
an Office Administrator?
On the JCAAILearn website an Office
Administrator is the Physician in charge of your office.
This is the doctor who has decided to use JCAAILearn as a
training tool for his or her staff. The Office Administrator
on the JCAAILearn site is the person who started an account
for your office. An Office Administrator has certain abilities
on the JCAAILearn site and relate to maintaining their office
account. They can buy credits, designate and enter new students,
as well as activate a student and remove course access for
student.

Why is
my Office Administrator login ID and my Student ID different?
They are different because of the
capabilities of each ID or account. An Office Administrator
has significantly more power on the JCAAILearn site. The
ID is how the site determines not only who a user is, but
also what abilities and permissions that user will have.
If the IDs are the same then the system will be unable to
determine what set of capabilities to allocate to the user.
Also, only a student with a Student ID can enter the course
area.

Can I use
my Office ID to log in as a student?
No. Again the Office ID is used to
login as the Office Administrator.
top
I am an

have purchased.
top
Is there
a limitation to the number of times I can access a course?
Yes, a student can only access a course
3 times. If you need to access a course again you will have
to spend an additional credit from your office account.
